Do I need sales or real estate experience?

No. No sales experience is required, though the more you have, the easier and faster results come. We train you on the real estate side from scratch.

Do I need a real estate license?

No license is required.

Is there a cost to join?

No. All costs are covered by the company. There are no upfront costs to join.

Is this remote?

Yes. The role is 100% remote and open nationwide.

Do I have to cold call?

No. All of our leads are inbound. Every seller you talk to filled out a form on one of our websites stating they need to sell.

How do I get paid?

Pay is a split of salary and commission per deal closed. We go over the specifics in your interview.

Is this a W-2 or 1099 position?

It’s a 1099 independent contractor position.

What are the hours?

There are no set hours. On average, our reps work about 6–8 hours a day.

Is training paid?

No. Training runs 2–4 weeks before you go live on seller calls.

Is there room to grow?

Yes. There’s a full growth plan in place, and we’ll walk you through it in your interview if you ask.
